How to Become a Board Member

Become a Board Member at Coffee Party USA (photo of coffee cup with smiley face on conference table).

Here at Coffee Party USA, every board member starts out as a volunteer.  They roll up their sleeves, dive in, and actively participate in the work.  Board members make a commitment to serve three-year terms. They devote at least five hours per week to conference calls, volunteer groups, and an annual in-person meetup with other Board members.  Board members bring their commitment, their passion, and their knowledge to help grow the Coffee Party and move us toward our End State Goals.

Board members come through our volunteer program so they understand the Coffee Party, its unique culture, and its goals. Applicants for the board submit an application in April for full vetting, including an interview,  and are then elected by our members in June of each year.
